On July 14, 2004, the House of Representatives Appropriations Committee voted to fully fund Even Start at $246.9 million. 

This reaffirms the Subcommittee action a few days ago and sends the bill to the entire House for a vote which will hopefully be in the near future.  Thank you for all your advocacy work.
