Exhibitor Information

Dear Conference Exhibitor:

The 14th Annual National Even Start Association Conference, The 3 Rs of Family Literacy: Research, Readiness, and Results will be held October 19-21, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel and Suites Austin - Town Lake in Austin, Texas.

Your participation will give your company a great opportunity to network with our conference participants - Even Start State Coordinators, Directors, Program Managers and teachers, and the Board of Directors of the National Even Start Association.

In order to insure maximum exposure to participants, exhibitors will be set up on the second floor mezzanine. The mezzanine is surrounded by all of the meeting rooms that we will be using for the conference. We have contracted with a security firm to provide overnight security services so that your materials will be safe and secure. The cost for an Exhibitor table is $365.00.

The conference will begin on Sunday, October 19th with full-day and half-day pre-conference sessions. The main conference starts at 8:00am on Monday the 20th and ends with a luncheon from 12:00-2:00pm on Tuesday the 21st. You are cordially invited to attend the luncheon, as well as any sessions of interest.

The tentative exhibit schedule is:
Sunday, October 19 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Monday, October 20 7:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday, October 21 7:00am - 11:00am

Continental breakfast will be served each morning on the mezzanine. The conference schedule was designed with half hour breaks between sessions so that participants have plenty of time to visit your tables.

The Austin Learning Academy Even Start program has graciously offered to provide local assistance. They will hold your exhibit materials until delivering them to the conference hotel on Friday October 17. Shipping information will be provided soon.

The hotel is providing guest rooms at the discounted rates of $157.00 for a single and $177.00 for a double. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel Reservations Department directly at (512) 478-9611 or the toll free national reservation center at (800) 333-3333. The cut-off date for reservations is Friday, September 19. Remember to tell them that you are with the NESA conference.
