Certificate in Family Literacy - Penn State's Goodling Institute for Research in Family Literacy in partnership with the National Center for Family Literacy and Penn State's online World Campus is offering a Certificate in Family Literacy. Courses in the 15-credit certificate may be applied to a bachelor's or master's degree program.  You can take individual courses or the entire Certificate.  Tuition is priced as low as possible (at the PA residential rate).  Please contact Nickie Askov (ena1@psu.edu) if you have any questions.

Early Childhood Education Online - This site is a resource exchange area for early childhood education ideas such as observation and assessment, curriculum and environment, and professional development.

Eisenhower National Clearinghouse - Provides access to resources for those interested in creating effective learning environments, a searchable listing of multi-media materials and programs for K-12 science and mathematics education, and the full-text of the Clearinghouse newsletter. A Gopher site is also available.

Franklin Institute Science Museum - Provides up-to-date information for K-8 science educators. 

The Goodling Institute for Research in Family Literacy in the College of Education at Penn State University provides resources in family literacy related to research, professional development, and policy. The Goodling Institute was created with federal funding to Penn State, working in cooperation with the National Center for Family Literacy, to establish a center for the improvement of family literacy programs in honor of Mr. Bill Goodling, the author of the Even Start Act.
